Privacy & GDPR

Discretion extends to your information.

We hold as little as the work requires, we never sell it, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. This notice explains exactly how.

1

Who is responsible

Prestige Occasions, London, is the data controller for the personal information described here. Write to us at enquiries@prestige-occasions.co.uk with any question about this notice or about the information we hold.

2

What we collect

From an enquiry: your name, email address, telephone number, the fixtures and dates you are interested in, passenger numbers and any details you choose to add. From a booking: collection and destination addresses, flight details, accommodation and dining preferences, and billing information. From this website: basic technical information such as pages visited, used only to keep the site working and secure.

3

Why we use it and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and to perform the contract you place with us; to arrange third-party services on your instruction; to meet legal and accounting obligations; and, on the basis of our legitimate interests, to keep our own records and prevent misuse of the enquiry form. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4

Marketing

We do not run marketing campaigns and we do not add enquirers to mailing lists. If we ever do write to you about the coming season, it will be because you asked us to, and every message will carry a one-click way to stop.

5

Who we share it with

Only those who need it to deliver your arrangements: the assigned chauffeur, and any hotel, restaurant, ticketing, hospitality or aviation supplier you have asked us to book. We also use a reputable email delivery provider to receive enquiries from this website, and an accountant for our statutory records. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

6

Where it is held

Our records are held in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a supplier processes information outside that area, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses to protect it.

7

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months. Booking and financial records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements, then destroyed.

8

Cookies and this website

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your saved-events shortlist is stored only in your own browser on your own device — it is never sent to us and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

9

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to enquiries@prestige-occasions.co.uk and we will respond within one month, without charge.

10

Security and complaints

Access to client information is limited to those who need it, and our staff and chauffeurs are bound by confidentiality undertakings. If you believe we have mishandled your information, please tell us first so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
